With 18 years of experience in Human Resources, Lorena has built a career around one core belief: people are the heart of every organization. Her background in both hospitality and non-profit work has shaped a people-first approach to HR—one that prioritizes connection, culture, and creating environments where individuals and teams can truly thrive.
Throughout her career, she’s worked across every area of HR, including strategy, risk management, talent, benefits, and learning & development. Whether supporting leaders through growth or helping teams navigate change, her focus is always on building workplace cultures that are inclusive, resilient, and human-centered.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, she values communication that’s open and authentic—and knows how powerful it is when people feel seen and heard.
